hello
i am a student of the university of mauritius and i am following the course computer science & engineering.
well i have received my final year project and its title is like that "DATABASE FOR TRACKING BURGLARS AND DRUG TRAFFICKERS".
i have decided to use ORACLE as database and i don't know if i should use Visual C++ or Visual Basic 6.0 as other programming language.
can you suggest me an idea what are the best and easiest tools that i can use in developing my software project.
well my project software has as aim to be an intelligent database and can search and conclude e.g listing suspects.
i would be very grateful if you can advsise me on the tools to be used in developing the software.
Is ORACLE strong enough in Artificial Intelligence?
i have very little idea about the project.
