Please clarify if I can do something.

I have a Windows client workstation (with no Intranet/Internet connection) that can not access my server. It does have a network connection to an info server.
I currently copy and transfer (using automated Perl Script) a small Access 2000 database once a day from my server to the info server.
The client workstation can then read data from the small database on the info server. Everything works great because the client workstation only needs read access and there are not many users on the client workstation.

Someone suggested Oracle 9i would be more efficient and a better solution where I wouldnt have to transfer info like I am currently doing. But the client workstation cant get to the Oracle 9i Windows server and the info server does not have Oracle on it. Please recommend a way to do this or should I just keep using Access.
