Ive got a issue which states like this
"HOW TO KNOW A GIVEN STORED PROCEDURES HAS RUN TODAY OR NOT ON DATABASE LEVEL "

Unless you've got some logging code in the Proceure, I don't think you can.

You could enable audit for the procedure.
