Error to connect Outlook with Oracle. [message #214974]

I need u help.
The problem is that i used normally oracle, and i'm doing a proccess what incluyed send emails by outlook, but when i send the email in forms, it show me in screen an alert that say a program is trying to automatically send e-mail on your behalf. And it has two options: Yes and NO. But i need that she send the email and don't show this option (yes / no) please, help me, this is important for me.
