hello,
i am using Oracle 8i and i created a procedure in schema manager that i want to execute in.
please can anyone tell me how and where to do it?

Until someone who knows what "schema manager" is comes to your question, execute the procedure from SQL*Plus; at the command prompt of your operating system run

OS> sqlplus username/password
SQL> exec procedure_name;

schema manager is a tool that is part of Oracle Enterprise Manager.
