My Senior dba installed oracle 10g in suse linx 9.3, how to

check oracle available or not in suse linz 9.3 ?

Which command we use in suse linux 9.3 ?

Im not sure exactly what you want, but you could just check if pmon is up and running

ps -ef | grep pmon_ORACLESID | grep -v grep
