:?:I have created the view EMP_DEPT_VU and if i want to c its structure ..
(Choose any one)

A. Use the DESCRIBE command in the EMP_DEPT VU view.
B. Use the DEFINE VIEW command on the EMP_DEPT VU view.
C. Use the DESCRIBE VIEW command on the EMP_DEPT VU view.
D. Query the USER_VIEWS data dictionary view to search for the EMP_DEPT_VU view.
E. Query the USER_SOURCE data dictionary view to search for the EMP_DEPT_VU view.
F. Query the USER_OBJECTS data dictionary view to search for the EMP_DEPT_VU view.

Ans... C or D (Acording to me) Shocked

Hi

If You want to see the SELECT statement on which the view was created then query the USER_VIEWS data dictionary otherwise
go for

Desc YourView

just SQL>describe <object name>

Answer is D.

You can see its structure by using

SET LONG 10000;
select text from user_views where view_name='YOUR_VIEW_NAME';

why cant it be A.. Because when i try with desc <View Name> even it works...
