User Standard Operating Procedure Documents will describe the way that each type of task is performed by the user and when. For example, for Payables, they would desccribe what to do with an Invoice when it arrives, describing both the system processes and the non-system processes (such as photocopying, filing, posting to approvers if necessary, etc). It will also decribe processes such as making payments, reconciling statements, period end, running interfaces, etc., etc.
