Hi guys,

im a total newbie with PL/SQL and have some coursework that is in next Friday that ive not yet properly started !!

It all revolves around member functions but i don’t understand the difference between a function and a member function. Fellow students have given me explanations and I have studied online forums and manuals but im still very confused.

Could anyone provide a simple definition of a member function ?

Any help would be very much appreciated
