when I run this qry below,
SELECT to_char(to_date('9-Jan-2007','DD-Mon-YYYY'),'Mon DD, YYYY')
FROM dual;
The output is :-
Jan 09, 2007

I would like the date to be displayed as Jan 9, 2007 - without the leading zero for single digit dates . How do I do this ?

Thanks
-JK
