can we change any other database like MS Access,SQL Server or any other data base in oracle directly.
as if we r having any table in MS access can we change that table directly in ORACLE table by writing a code or any other method.

Yes Tht Can be done.

U will have to create a dsn which can connect to ur oracle server.

Now in MS Access Use Save As/Export Option To export tht file in oracle..

Oracle has a tool named migration workbench. It can do such a work.
You can also save the table contents into a plain text file and use sql*loader to load it into the oracle database.
