HOW TO PRINT ALL POSSIBLE COMBINATIONS OF A STRING(A WORD)
USING PL/SQL? FOR EXAMPLE IF YOU GIVE "PUT" AS INPUT , THE PROGRAM SHOULD RETURN PUT,PTU,TPU,TUP,UPT,UTP.
