Hello -

Is it possible to alter a type to declare a member function deterministic without having to drop the type itself?
This is the type declaration:
CREATE OR REPLACE TYPE DummyType UNDER PersonType (
   did          NUMBER,
   dateHired    DATE,
   status       NUMBER,
NOT INSTANTIABLE MEMBER FUNCTION salary RETURN NUMBER
) NOT INSTANTIABLE NOT FINAL;
/
show err;

Thanks,
