can u explain who is technical consultant & who is functional consultants in Oracle E-business suit

give thir roles and rtesponsibilities

pls explain in details

the responsibilities of functional consultant:
1. study of the exixting business scenario
2. Documentation (AIM)
3. Solution Design
4. Identifing the gaps between legacy and oracle apps
5. Mapping or making the oracle apps more friendly according to the business requirement.
6. User Acceptance Test
7. Training to the Users
8. Issues Signoff
9. Support to the user wherever process got stuck


The responsibility of Technical consultant
1. Reports Customization according to business process
2. Forms Customization is to fill the gaps found in business process


The responibility of DBA
1. Application installation
2. Patch apply
3. Taking Backups
4. Cloning
5. Administrating the Database
6. Server issues

Adding points to technical consultant...

1)Support System Intregation Team in their test if some error comes
2)Support User Acceptance Test if functional consultant cant solve the issue
3)Rewrite any functional bug....
4)Technical Design document
5)Understand Functional Spec.
6)Implementation Notes for Production Implementation
