Can i find, How many DML/DDL fire in a perticular period for a spacific user/Database

you need to create a trigger and a table to store the events and who changed it on event of DML and DDLS...

You can also do (Oracle 9i and UP):
1. ALTER TABLE ... MONITORING;
2. Look at DBA_TAB_MODIFICATIONS.
