hi
i have installed oracle 8i client and oracle 8.0 client in my system and tnsnames.ora is configured. now how do i access both the application simultaneously. the problem here is that there is a clash in the tnsnames.ora . i believe there can be only one oracle home dir.

MUltiple homes can be maintained.
and
you can also access both 8.0 and 8i databases from the same client, unless you have differences with NLS settings etc.
Mostly, it works fine.
