I was wondering could anyone give an opinion on why this issue may be occuring in Oracle!

A user rang and complained that she was unable to run the Print PO Report as it printed blank. After a large scale investigation into the issue we came to no conclusion on what was the cause.
We set up other new users for this organisation and they didn't work but the report printed fine for existing users.

I eventually solved it by going to Sysadmin:Security:User:Define.
I detached the employee name from her user name and saved. I exited, returned, reattached the employee name to the user name and the report prints perfectly now.

If anyone has encountered such a problem before and has an opinion on this I would appreciate it.
