If you've set a column to unused by specifying SET UNUSED on the drop column command, then I'm afraid that the column and it's contents are gone, and there's no way to get it back other than to finishe dropping it (with ALTER TABLE....DROP UNUSED COLUMNS) and then add a new column with the same name.
