Hello All,
I'm getting the 'Timed out trying to start process J002' message in my alert log file at specific intervals.
Can anyone help me out by predicting what could be the possible reason for the same?

Hope this contents of the alert log file make u get the clear idea of the problem.

Check if PMON is writing trace files with more detailed info.

Also, the problem might be related to this error:

ORA-00018: maximum number of sessions exceeded
