I have the requirement to create a Aggregate Table from 2 Fact Tables and set of some Dimensions Tables. The database is huge and million records needs to be refreshed in the Aggregate Table.

So in this situation what would be ideal approach :-Write Stored Proceudre and introduce a Cursor???
Or
Create a Mviews and refresh the data daily???

Help on this would be highly appreciated..

I'd use Materialized views - it's a pure SQL approach, and will almost certainly be quicker than any procedureal method.
