Attached is an xml file that I need to load into a table. The file resides on my system. I need to load into a table and parse it out in the approriate columns.

This xml contains only two records, but the actual contains about a 1000 records. The ddl for the table is also attached. I'm using Oracle 9.2.0.5.

CREATE TABLE experimental_report
(report_id NUMBER(10,0) NOT NULL,
title VARCHAR2(255) NOT NULL,
pi VARCHAR2(255) NOT NULL,
email VARCHAR2(255) NOT NULL,
participants VARCHAR2(255) NOT NULL,
prop_id VARCHAR2(10) NOT NULL,
prev_prop_id VARCHAR2(10) NOT NULL,
local_contact VARCHAR2(255) NOT NULL,
experiment_start VARCHAR2(255) NOT NULL,
experiment_end VARCHAR2(255) NOT NULL,
date_modified VARCHAR2(20),
date_added VARCHAR2(20),
report_text CLOB);

I've never used xml to load data in. Please help!

Thanks,
