Hi everyone,
I need to create an Oracle9i and Oracle10g Client installation Document for a purpose of ease the use of our product. Did anyone know a webpage containing good explanation and snapshots for that purpose?

Thanks in advance,
Bahaa

Oracle documentation itself is in its best.
If you are in *nix,
http://www.puschitz.com/
http://oracle-base.com/

Lately, i used a simple screen capture utility that will just record the whole real installation process. You can later edit, remove unwanted areas and add stop/next/back buttons in between and present like a powerpoint presentation.
