no dear it is not working. I think it is like http\\localhost\isqlplus but it is not working

It is not a backslash '\' but slash '/'.

Localhost IS 127.0.0.1, if your 'hosts' file says so. If it doesn't exist (I mean, localhost alias for this IP address), you'll have to use IP address instead (but it will surely work either way. Aliases are here just for human convenience).

Did you include port number behind colon ':' sign? If not, you should have. Port number was told to you by Universal Installer when it finished database installation.

i used both http://localhost/isqlplus and also http://my pcs ip:port no 1521 but not working properly

As far as I know, 1521 is default port for Oracle Net Listener. iSQL*Plus 10g uses 5560.

Hi,

1. Make sure your Oracle HTTP Server is running.

2. Enter http://<hostname>:7778/isqlplus into your Web browser's Address or Location field.
