How can we use the procedure in 10g standard format of passing the parameters ,is there any difference between 9i and 10g

There should be no problems if you follow syntax (found in manual, of course).

This is just such a strange question.
Have you read something that makes you believe there is a change or optional enhancement to the structure of the CREATE PROCEDURE

Have you tried the 9i format in a 10g database?

Have you looked at the docs to see for yourself?

In answer to your question, 'No, there is no specific format for 10g procedures that is different to the format for 9i procedures'
