When I try ' truncate table x', I get an error
ORA-00947: not enough values

Table constraints are disabled, tables are not part of a cluster...

Does anyone have any idea?

Is there maybe a BEFORE or AFTER TRUNCATE trigger that is populating some table?
If not, sounds like the data dictionary is severely screwed up.
Can you truncate any table?

There is no such triggers on this schemas

And yes, I can truncate some tables from some schemas, but some of truncated tables have FKeys, some don't..I can't see any rule

How can I check data dictionary?
