If Oracle Database 10g Release 2 Enterprise Edition is installed, is it definately support Real Application Clusters(RAC)? Do I need to install Oracle Clusterware or just configure something in order to use RAC? When I browse to http://localhost:5500/em in my Oracle 10g server, it shows me 'Database Instance' instead of 'Cluster Database'. Thanks.

You definitely need to install Oracle Clusterware (CRS) before you can RAC enable your databases.

Do you have the special cluster hardware required to run RAC?

Maybe you should start by reading the Oracle Clusterware and Oracle Real Application Clusters Administration and Deployment Guide.
