Hi,

I want to change my optimizer mode=ALL_ROWS to CHOOSE in my database.

alter session set optimizer_mode='CHOOSE';

Is this will work to change the mode? (not only in session level)in database level too.

DB: Oracle 10gR2
OS: Sun Solaris 5.8

Please advice.

Thanks and Regards,
Prashanth
