I would like to know, Can i store my picture image in *.jpg format into Oracle database and access the image in Visual Basic?Have idea?

I have search in the forum. Most of user, talking about using BLOB. I don't know how to create it.
Does i need to create it after this commands

You DO know how surfing the internet works, right?
You DO know that if you see some text in blue, with a neat line underneath it, you can click on it to get to another webpage, right?
