Hi
I want the code for checking duplications for some fields
in block (which should written on when_validate_item trigger
of that field)

If the field is a primary key then search this forum for 'primary key'. There are Forms builtins to prevent duplicates in primary keys.

If the field is NOT a primary key then search this forum for 'record group duplicate' see example http://www.orafaq.com/forum/m/147598/67467/?srch=record+group+duplicate#msg_147598
