How do I get an sqlplus for this older HP-UX version, running on a series 700 machine?
Installing the client from Oracle 9 failed, it seems to require HP-UX 11, which could not successfully be installed.

You'll need to install an old version of Oracle which is certified to run with HP-UX 10.20.
