Hello. Can someone please give me help when I get the following error: ORA-25000 invalid use of bind variable in trigger WHEN clause. The site http://oratip.com/ORA-25000.html says it is becuase of a bind vriable, but I am not using the & sign anywhere.

Bind variables are prefixed with : not with &

The new/old references in the WHEN clause do no contain a leading colon:

So, instead of:

when (:new.c > 0)

use:

when (new.c > 0)
