Suppose we have created four savepoint i.e s1,s2,s3 and s4.
I want to Rollback s2 to s1.How we can Rollback this?

Without rolling back savepoints s3 and s4, you can't.

Savepoints are cumulative.

Search the doco for AUTONOMOUS TRANSACTION. It might be what you are looking for.
