hi,

Purchase the book written by Susan Forster, published by Wiley publications. Its name is "Implementing Oracle Financial applications. (I dont remember the book name properly but the author is correct).

Its a very good book for beginners.

And for practice use the fallowing link:

http://www.solutionbeacon.com/tools_vision.htm

And later you can go for other books or pdfs.

all the best
