I have a oracle9.2.0 db server,how can I find out my oracle run in mts mode/dedicated mode?

Hmmm... you can tell if a session runs in MTS or dedicated mode in the "server" column of v$session. An MTS (shared server mode) enabled instance can run dedicated mode sessions (internal sessions are always dedicated from what I recall).
