ORA-00022: invalid session ID; access denied
Cause: Either the session specified does not exist or the
caller does not have the privilege to access it.
Action: Specify a valid session ID that you have privilege
to access, that is either you own it or you have the
CHANGE_USER privilege.

I got this error message when i start to do transaction with oracle 10g in my c# application. I want to grant CHANGE_USER priviledge, but i can't find that priviledge in Oracle 10g. Any other solution for that? Can anyone help me? Thanks...

only if you are a DBA you will be able to grant privileges.

Metalink has bug 4886455 related to this issue.

In summary, forget about the CHANGE_USER privilege - you can't use it.
