Where can I find information about ref cursors and In line triggers (Did I say it right!!!)
Are they new features?

Here is some information on how to return result sets from procedures using ref cursors:

Ref cursors have been around since 7.2 or so. Of course, the Oracle documentation will also have a lot of information on ref cursors.

I'm not sure what you mean by "in-line triggers".
