I'm using TOAD for administration and I'm trying to move/copy a schema from SERVER A to SERVER B.

I not only need the schema but all data contained within that schema. Using the datapump I need to export data using the data pump, manually copy the .dmp file to another server then use the data pump import. My question is: Is that the best way to do this?

Yes You can.

If above two method post by ur previous post is not successful.
like on network import operation is sometime slow or through "connect@string". connection problem then you go for cut n paste option.
