Hi All,
The requirement is to create folders in the OS on daily basis at runtime through PL/SQL.

Is it possible through pure PL/SQL (no java,no c).

Yes, with 10g DBMS_SCHEDULER using and "External" job.

Pre-10g, not without C/Java (I dont think)
