I loaded a Java class into the DB, and wrapped it with a pl\sql package.

I would like to if there is a way to catch exceptions thrown by the Java class and handle them in the pl\sql package?

Thanks,
Yoni.

hi!

not sure what you mean, but you could try to assign an error code to each exception (from Java), then handle it in the pl/sql code.

Have you tried pragma_init to register custom exception to match the java exception and handle it in your plsql code? I do not have example code to you, but it should work. If not, you can handle with when others and show the error message and error number.
