Hi,

I am in client's place for Post implementation support. We have implemented 10.5.2 - India localization. Eg. From Accounts Receivables responsibility, Transactions Summary, using the File- Export from the tool bar, We are unable to export it. Previously we were able to do it. Now we are able to do in Klon instance.

Can anybody give a solution for this issues. As we are doing reconciliation work this facility is more required for us now.

Thanks & Regards
Sangeetha

Hi,

Did you check this problem on other windows system ? In case if it works on other system, just check with the popup blocker on the system where it is not getting exported.

Looking forward to hear from you.

Thanks,
Hemant Patel.

Hi,

Thnaks for the reply. Actually it is getting exported in the klone instance and previously we are able to export in the production instance. I even checked the profile options and also did a action plan as per the instruction given by Oracle support engineers.

Please suggest

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

Are you getting any error ? I mean whether export starts and stops intermediately ? Or the export doesn't start ?

Thanks,
Hemant Patel.

Hi,

I am exporting transactions from the Transaction Summary(Localized). I am using file --> export option from the toolbar. When i export, it export 100% and the cursor comes back to the transaction window.

Previously after the export reaches 100%, a new window opens asking for the file name and target for saving.

As it is i am not getting any error while i am exporting.

Suggestion Please ...........

Hi.,

Then i guess,, its not application problem. might be its u r system problem. coz few days back i had same problem ..nothing i done changes in setup.. is it occuring in only u r system or anyother systeam also.

Did raise SR to oracle ,,if so wht they suggested regd this issue.

And one more doubt..is it occuring only in AR... or occuring in every module?????

Thanks
Shashidhar K

hi,
In my Case it is occuring in AP for invoices of only one supplier . For all other suppliers the data exports well. And it is occuring on all user machines. Interestingly I can export the data of the same Supplier in previous dates i.e uptill Mar-06 but not onwards.
I haven't raise an SR with Oracle yet.

Regards
Fakhar.
