Hi,

How can i set timeout while querying on remote DB.

You can set it up thru Net8 Assistant also. Go to profile set up in the Net8 Configuration Assistant and set the timeout value you want it to. Try it out.

You can control it at the server level through "profiles". Be careul though - you don't want to set a limit which will be hit for normal queries when the server is busy, else the user will probably just submit the query again.
