I am having issues in scheduling a stored proc from Oracle.

I want to run that stored proc every 10 minutes. This is what I am doing :

1) Create a schedule

Begin
dbms_scheduler.create_schedule(
schedule_name=>'DENORM_DELTA_SCHEDULE',
start_date=>'24-OCT-2006 10:10:00.000001 PM -05:00',
repeat_interval=>'FREQ=MINUTELY;INTERVAL=10',
end_date=>null);
end ;

2) Then I am creating a program :

begin
dbms_scheduler.create_program (
program_name=>'DENORM_DELTA_PRG',
program_type=>'STORED_PROCEDURE',
program_action=> 'user.proc1',
enabled=> TRUE);
END;

3) Then finally I am creating program :

Begin
dbms_scheduler.create_job(
job_name=>'DENORM_DELTA_JOB',
program_name=>'DENORM_DELTA_PRG',
schedule_name=>'DENORM_DELTA_SCHEDULE',
enabled =>TRUE,
comments=> 'It updates Denorm tables needed for Reporting - Narendra Joshi');
end;
/

in Scheduler tables, it shows fine, only problem is data displayed.

Pls tell me what other steps are needed ??? or what I am missing ??
