I can not get enterprise manager to connect to the database. Recreating SYSMAN respository did not help.
ORA-01034: ORACLE not available ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist
Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory
Checked tnsnames.ora and listerner.ora fiels quite a many times. Can not connect locally giving connect string either.

Means the database is not available or it is shutdown.

Database is open , I can connect to it from sqlplus as sysdba but can not connect with connect string

Then your "connectStrings" are wrong.

Possibly you have more than one database.

then plz. try
1. set oracle_sid = ""
and try again.

or How you know ur database is open. if database is open then query
>>>>sql>show parameter db_name
