I am planning to migrate to ERP in the functional/ Techno functional role of Finance. please help on the SAP Vs Oracle Apps debate. which one of these two are having better number of openings and better compensation? The cost of training in India is Rs2.5lakhs for SAP(Function finance) and 1.4 lakhs for Oracle Apps(11i Financials)

Dear ,
well Oracle 10g is faster then the SAP again if you come to point trainin it very mush costly then the avaibility of a good trainer is a big concern again Oracle itself is having a university so it makes the differense. you can noe decide what is better?????
