hello sir
i m getting the same problem frm-11009:failed to load the color palette file
i used urs solutin to change to shareable mode but its not working for me
Plz help me out in this situation

Hi,

In most of the cases this error
-->whenever your installation is uncomplete.
-->If you download Forms6i into Forms10g Directory
(Referred .dll files corrupted)

If above is the case then you must reinstall Forms10g/Forms6i in another directory.

If above is not the case,then:
-->Find your CAUPREFS.ORA file (it will normally be in your
oracle home directory)and can also be located by looking
at the CA_UPREFS entry in the registry.
-->Delete the line Forms.color_palette if it exists and
change the value of Forms.color_mode to 1.
-->Then restart the Form builder and try and create a canvas.

Note:
If this fails then your install must be incomplete.
