Hi whe are using oracle 9.2.0.5

i wan't to setup a new database so they can use the sign in the database.

When i look at other databases in our company i see 3 NLS parameters

select * from NLS_DATABASE_PARAMETERS;

What is the differnce between those parameters ?
and what characterset must i use to get the euro sign to work?
Is there an all in one character set?
