I am trying retrieve the following information from the system tables in sybase

Table Name,Column Name,Datatype,Size,Default,Column Description

I do know how to retreive all these information accept the column description.

Is there any way by which we can insert into some system table the information that will descirbe the columns and then retrieve it?

Thanks!!!!
Mrunal.

Why are you flooding Oracle forums with question about Sybase?

I don't know the answer to your question (unless Sybase also has USER_TAB_COLUMNS), but can point you to the Sybase forum; I beleive you'll find the answer there.
