Probelm in Running the Report [message #196965]

Hai Friends

i am fed with this error

i have searched in the metalink,
i got the document But i havent get the solution from that.

i just executed the activeusers
showing Phase :- Completed ,Status :- Error

OS : -- Windows 2000 Professional

This is the Error

Dear seenu,

this problem will always raise in Windows.

can u open ur services list and select the concurrent manager.

then stop the concurrent manager service.

goto properties of the concurrent manager.

under logon tab,

enable this account and select the username/passwd as in what username/passwd you installed oracle apps.

restart the services.

eg : ur system main user : administrator

but u installed oracle apps as user : applmgr means then u have to say this account.

can u say me the feedback after applying it.

Hi karthick,

I stopped Concurrent Manager / Report server Services then I configure logon details for both services and restarted both services. Still I am getting same error.

And also we restart the Apps server.

We are using Network Printer; this will configure the Oracle APPS server.

The Log file is
