ALTER TABLE1 ADD CONSTRAINT MY_PK PRIMARY KEY
(ID) USING INDEX TABLESPACE indx
STORAGE ( INITIAL 100K NEXT 100K)

Table Altered.

now , when I go and view the constraints I jused add I don't find them , I used this command:

SELECT CONSTRAINT_NAME FROM DBA_CONSTRAINTS

so where can I find the constraint i jused added ?

SQL> create table table1 (id number);

Table created.

SQL> select constraint_name from dba_constraints
  2  where table_name = 'TABLE1';

no rows selected

SQL> alter table table1 add constraint my_pk primary key (id);

Table altered.

SQL> select constraint_name from dba_constraints
  2  where table_name = 'TABLE1';

------------------------------
