if i want to see the triggers that are applied to table i can just do a query from the ALL_TRIGGER.

now how can i view a particular code of fine grain access control that is applied to a table?

Check DBA_AUDIT_POLICIES.

i think i have figure it how by checking the ALL_POLICIES view. thanks.
